Redhill Jamia Mosque Al Mustafa is now able to offer visits and tours to our local schools. The visits will need to be booked in advance and is open to all primary school age groups. There are no associated costs for the visits.
Our Imams and staff may also be able to visit your school and cover basic topics with or without powerpoint presentations.

A complete walk-through of the Mosque.

Explanations by Imams and specialists on topics relevant to syllabus age group. Artefacts and displays associated with Islam. Parking is available outside of the mosque.

All visits will include a tour of the Mosque and Centre and where necessary worksheets can be provided. Children will not be expected to participate in any rituals or eat any religious food although refreshments may be offered.

We prioritise student comfort. While we offer refreshments, there is no expectation for visitors to participate in religious rituals or consume religious foods.

As a Muslim community, we have always believed in the importance of Interfaith relations. Our Mosque has its door open to the whole community to encourage everyone to drop in and learn about the true Islam.
You can book the visit from Monday to Thursdays and we offer only two sessions from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM or 11:00 AM to 12:00.

Imam gives a brief talk on Islam. Open Q&A session about Islam. Group tour of the Mosque including the ablution area.
We, kindly, request that you dress modestly when you visit us. Female teachers, please wear a head scarf. And during the summer, please ask girls older than 10 years old to wear trousers or cover their legs.

Please remember that you are responsible for doing your own risk assessment and Health & Safety. We require you to have at least one adult to every six children in a group containing pupils of school years one to three. The ratio must be at least 1 adult to 10 children for years 4-16.
